Stephanie Williams is a graduate of the University of Toronto, and is a practicing U.S. Tax Accountant who has been in the industry since 2010. Her training and experience was acquired at two of the big four accounting firms in Toronto and in Waterloo. Stephanie is the principal and founder of Cross Border Specialized Tax Solutions Inc. ("CBSTS")
In addition to our personal tax services, CBSTS can also consult with corporations who are selling their products to the United States. We will assist with their U.S. Treaty Filing obligations and can take steps to ensure the client is protected against U.S. Corporate Income Tax. CBSTS is also able to assess any potential Nexus created by a company's sales to any of the 50 states.
