Streamlined Filing Compliance

We can help you take advantage of the IRS amnesty program that allows U.S. citizens who have neglected to file become compliant and avoid penalties and interest. Submit 3 years of tax returns and 6 years of Foreign Bank Account Reporting ("FBARS") under this program before this program expires.
Canadian and US Tax Compliance
Cross Border STS Inc. provides guidance and advice regarding individual compliance issues for non-residents, U.S. citizens and/or residents, and U.S. expats. In addition, we also offer extensive experience with Canadians who are looking to purchase or have purchased U.S. real estate, Canadians who are renting out their U.S. property, and Canadian citizens who require an International Tax Identification Number, commonly referred to as an "ITIN".
